Please read these terms carefully before using the 999ba platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these conditions in full.

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances subject to review without exception.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 999ba will never request your password via email or chat.
Payments via bKash & Nagad
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The wallet must be registered in the account holder's own name.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Prohibited Activity
Fraud, multi-accounting, bot usage, money laundering, and collusion are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 999ba ("We", "Us", or "Our"). They govern your access to and use of the 999ba website, mobile web application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. Continued use of the Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on 999ba, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any of these criteria at any point during your use of the Service entitles 999ba to suspend or close your account and retain any balance pending investigation.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Service.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where the Service is explicitly prohibited.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or under any applicable self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 999ba or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
999ba strictly enforces the 21+ age policy across Bangladesh. If at any time we have reason to believe a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Any winnings accumulated during underage play will be voided in full.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To use the full range of services at 999ba, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. If you are found to have registered more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — 999ba reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, review all associated transaction history, and suspend any pending withdrawals during that review. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information when creating your account and keep it up to date at all times.
Required Information
- Full legal name as it appears on your national identity document or passport.
- Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name, to be used for verification and communication.
- The mobile wallet account used for deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 999ba account.
KYC Verification
999ba may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. You may be asked to submit a government-issued identity document and a selfie for identity confirmation purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at 999ba are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the mobile financial services most widely used by players across Bangladesh. 999ba does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals, although your mobile wallet provider may apply its own standard transfer charges independently.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay only.
- The mobile wallet used for a deposit must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party wallet deposits will be reversed.
- Deposits are credited to your 999ba account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor.
- 999ba reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source at any time. Unverifiable deposits may be held pending review.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are returned to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit as a standard anti-fraud measure.
- Most withdrawals during standard operating hours are completed within one hour of the request being submitted and approved.
- KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 are processed.
- 999ba reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
Players are responsible for ensuring their registered mobile wallet is active and capable of receiving transfers at the time a withdrawal is requested. 999ba is not liable for delays caused by the player's wallet provider or incorrect wallet details supplied by the player.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
999ba offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions. Specific bonus offers may carry additional individual terms communicated at the point of offer.
- Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the player's bonus balance. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately.
- A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement in full.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per registered mobile wallet number.
- 999ba reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
6. Betting and Game Rules
All bets placed on 999ba are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sporting event. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general rules apply across all products on the platform.
Sports Betting Rules
- All bets are accepted subject to market availability. 999ba may suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice. In-play bets are accepted at 999ba's sole discretion and are confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance.
- If a match or event is abandoned or postponed before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's standard rules as applied by 999ba at the time of settlement. Cricket matches including BPL, IPL, and international T20 fixtures follow ICC standard settlement rules.
- Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits vary by market and sport type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a bet.
Casino and Crash Game Rules
- All casino games are governed by certified RNG software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the rules of the broadcasting studio provider. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the game system.
- In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server log. If the fault is attributed to 999ba's platform, the player will be refunded the stake for that round.
- Maximum payout limits apply per game session and are set at the game provider level for third-party content. These limits are beyond the administrative control of 999ba where third-party game engines are concerned.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999ba platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of your entire balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Registering or operating more than one account using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or mobile wallet.
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform in any way to attempt money laundering or financial fraud.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures in any coordinated or systematic manner.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or exploit any vulnerability in the 999ba platform, its games, payment infrastructure, or any related software.
999ba actively monitors all platform activity for suspicious behaviour patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 999ba reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning, including permanent account closure, full balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable under Bangladeshi law.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
999ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested by 999ba.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, multi-accounting, or collusion.
- At the request of the account holder, including self-exclusion requests submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.
Upon closure of an account, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. The support team will communicate timelines for balance return directly to the affected player.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 999ba platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 999ba or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission of 999ba.
The 999ba name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks in any manner likely to cause confusion with any product or service, or in any manner that disparages or discredits 999ba, is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999ba, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Specific circumstances where 999ba's liability is excluded include the following.
- Financial losses arising from your voluntary decision to gamble, including losses resulting from a losing streak or a single large wager.
- Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device incompatibility on the player's side.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the player's own mobile wallet provider operating outside of 999ba's control.
- Any loss or damage resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials or their failure to notify 999ba of unauthorised account access in a timely manner.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to 999ba. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption to protect data in transit and apply industry-standard security practices for data at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
12. Amendments to These Terms
999ba reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For material changes that may significantly affect your rights as a player, 999ba will make reasonable efforts to notify active players directly via in-platform notification or the contact information held on their account. The absence of such direct notification does not affect the validity of the amended Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 999ba Service, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly through direct communication with our customer support team, available 24/7, and this is our preferred resolution approach.
999ba does not make representations regarding its compliance with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction. If online gambling is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use the Service.
